Abstract
Technical and management experience in Unix and Cisco administration roles, with an emphasis on email systems, particularly spam filtering. As the founding manager of the Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services (formerly FrontBridge Technologies) spam analysis team, I interviewed, hired, and trained all team members.

My experience with email systems and deep understanding of combating spam are now available to help you with your email problems.
